In our first week together, you’ll discover how your nervous system works like an inner compass, constantly scanning for safety and danger. We’ll simplify complex science—regulation, dysregulation, and the “special ops team” of your nervous system—so you can finally understand why your body reacts the way it does. This week, you’ll build your baseline awareness: what state you spend most of your time in, and why your body chooses it.

This week is about translating what your body has been saying all along. Using Polyvagal theory as your guide, you’ll learn to map your states and recognise their subtle cues, so you can catch dysregulation early and begin to understand what support might look like. You’ll explore what safety feels like in your body and create your personalised “state map” to work with going forward.

This week, we’ll take a compassionate look at what pulls you out of balance—both inside your own mind and in your environment. You’ll identify your personal triggers and notice the habits and thought loops they create. We’ll explore how repeated patterns shape your daily experience and how to work gently with them using awareness and choice, laying the foundation for lasting change.

This week is all about practical support. You’ll learn and practice tools to calm your system when anxious, lift your energy when flat, and expand your overall capacity for resilience. These are simple, evidence-based techniques you can weave into daily life so regulation becomes less about “fixing” and more about steadying yourself with ease.

Our nervous systems don’t exist in isolation—they respond to others constantly. This week, you’ll discover how relationships impact your body’s sense of safety. You’ll explore co-regulation, boundaries, and how to create relationships that nourish rather than drain. This final week brings everything together. You’ll create your personalised Roadmap to Embodied Living—daily rituals, care strategies, and relational anchors designed for your unique life. You’ll celebrate how far you’ve come and leave with a clear plan to continue building safety, trust, and vitality in your body long after the course ends.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

How much time do I need each week?
Plan for about 1–2 hours per week. This includes 30–60 minutes of pre‑recorded content, short embodiment practices, and reflection prompts plus a 60‑minute weekly live Q&A call if you choose to join. Everything is flexible and self‑paced.
How long do I have access to the content?
You can download the content to keep forever, but access to the live calls and course portal ends after 6 weeks.
Do I need any prior experience with therapy or embodiment practices?

Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Rachel Pfeiffer.
For the past decade, I’ve been helping people reconnect with their bodies and emotions through yoga, psychotherapy, and nervous system education.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and have been a yoga teacher for nearly a decade, blending science and somatic wisdom to support people on their path to healing.
I’ve run a full private practice with a waitlist, sold out workshops and retreats, and built a community of over 30,000+ followers on Instagram who are committed to emotional wellness and embodied living.
My approach is rooted in the belief that our nervous system shapes the way we experience life, and when we understand how to work with it, we unlock the ability to feel safe, grounded, and truly at home in ourselves.
Whether I’m guiding someone in a one-on-one session, leading a retreat, or teaching thousands online, my focus is the same: helping people live a life worth being present for.
